Add reliable flame control to your setup with the Maven Hurricane Butane Torch Lighter. This refillable torch features a single wind-resistant jet flame, a comfortable grip, and an adjustable flame control. Plus, its built-in safety lock adds peace of mind during storage.
The Hurricane works as both a handheld torch and a standing table torch. As a result, it offers a practical option for a range of suitable heating and lighting tasks.
A basic lighter may not offer enough control for certain tasks. However, the Maven Hurricane provides a focused jet flame with adjustable intensity.
In addition, its sturdy handle makes the torch comfortable to hold. The standing base also helps keep it upright when not in use.
The Hurricane produces one strong, wind-resistant jet flame. Therefore, it offers more focused heat than a traditional soft-flame lighter.
Its adjustable design also lets you change the flame intensity. Simply use the flame adjustment control to select the level your task requires.
The Maven Hurricane features a pistol-style handle and a large ignition button. Together, these details make the torch easy to hold and operate.
Meanwhile, the angled nozzle helps direct the flame toward your work area. The flat standing base also provides a convenient place to rest the torch between uses.
Safety matters when handling a butane torch. For that reason, Maven includes a lock and unlock control on the Hurricane.
After use, turn off the flame and engage the safety lock. Then, allow the nozzle to cool before storing the torch.
Keep in mind that the safety lock does not replace careful handling. Always keep the torch away from children and flammable materials.
The Maven Hurricane uses refillable butane fuel. Therefore, you can refill the lighter rather than replacing the entire torch when it runs empty.
To refill, first turn off the torch and engage the safety lock. Next, allow the device to cool and follow Maven’s refill instructions.
After filling, wait at least five minutes before ignition. Also, refill only in a well-ventilated area away from sparks and open flames.
The Maven Hurricane comes in a range of bright and classic finishes. Options shown in the manufacturer’s gallery include Sky Blue, White, Purple, Neon Green, Red, and Beige.
Black also appears in retailer listings. However, available colors depend on current supplier inventory.
Important: Butane fuel is not included. Fill the torch with suitable butane before use.
First, always turn off the torch after use. Next, engage the safety lock and let the nozzle cool completely.
Then, wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Avoid placing the torch near open flames, extreme heat, or direct sunlight.
Finally, store it upright in a cool, dry location. Never refill the torch near an ignition source.
