18mm Diffused Downstem

Refresh your compatible bong with the 18mm Diffused Downstem. This clear glass replacement part provides a simple way to replace a worn or damaged downstem while maintaining your existing setup.

The downstem features a slitted diffuser with three diffusion slits on each side. As smoke passes through the water, the openings help create smaller bubbles for water filtration. As a result, the downstem supports a smoother filtration experience during use.

Choose Your Downstem Length

Every bong has a different internal setup. Therefore, choosing the correct downstem length is important for proper fit and function. The 18mm Diffused Downstem is available in six lengths:

• 2-inch
• 2.5-inch
• 3-inch
• 3.5-inch
• 4-inch
• 5-inch

Measure your existing downstem before ordering. Then, compare the measurement with the available options to select the appropriate replacement.

Glass-on-Glass Connection

This downstem is designed for compatible 18mm glass-on-glass bong connections. Its clear glass construction also blends naturally with a wide range of glass water pipes.

Because downstem dimensions can vary between bongs, always confirm the required length and connection size before purchasing. If you are unsure which option fits your Twisted Sisters bong, contact us for help selecting the correct replacement.
